Once the refurbisher has received your item, they’ll look it over to see that it matches your assessment and check that your documents are OK.
In order for the transaction to go through, it’s important that you:
- Disconnect your iCloud/Google/Samsung account from your device (even if it’s no longer working)
- Deactivate your lock code
If one of these tasks still needs to happen, the refurbisher will let you know via your conversation, and walk you through the process as you do it.
