You have created your repair request with our partner, but you have an impediment and you cannot drop off your device on time? Don't worry !
If the deadline to drop off your item has expired, you can create a new repair request.
To do this, simply go to your “Orders” page and create a new repair request.
How do I create a new repair request?
- Click "Get Help" next to the relevant order
- Fill in the problem information
- Choose a partner repair store and submit your request
You will receive a new confirmation email with the repair case number.
Note that if you can get to another repairer within the initial time frame, you will first need to create a new repair request by choosing another partner store. In this case, you will receive a new confirmation email with the file number created with another partner.
