How do I get my promo code?
Step 1. Create a Back Market account by entering your email
Step 2. Fill out the SheerID form linked on our military discount page
You’ll receive your 10% single-use promo code in an email from SheerID (verify@sheerid.com).
What do I need to provide to be verified?
As you fill out the SheerID verification form, you’ll need to share more about how you qualify for the military promo. This includes:
- Your current status
- Your most recent branch of service
- First and last name, as shown on military records
- Date of birth
- Personal email address
- (if asked) Personal mobile phone number, that can receive SMS text messages
You'll also need to submit a government-issued document that shows:
- First and last name (ensure that your name matches the one you entered)
- Branch of service
- Your current affiliation with the armed services
- Your discharge date (if applicable)

Sometimes SheerID is unable to verify you using the information submitted. Please check your information for accuracy, and make sure to use your own mobile device or computer.

If your document is rejected, the email from SheerID will explain what was wrong. Send a different document here

What are the military promo code conditions?
This offer is valid for one year starting from the date the promo code was received. It can be used once per user per year for all purchases starting at $1. The promo code can be used with all items sold on Back Market, but is non-transferable and can’t be combined with existing offers or promotions.
How do I use my promo code?
During checkout, you’ll see a field to enter the promo code on the payment page. Copy and paste your code into that field. Select “Check this code,” and you’re good to go!
What delivery locations are available?
For customers in the US, shipping is available within the 48 contiguous states. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories isn’t available right now.
Shipping to military and diplomatic locations is currently not available. But we're working on a solution to support these locations, troops, and staff. Stay tuned.

I used my code, but my order was canceled or refunded
Unfortunately promo codes are non refundable unless otherwise provided. That said, if your order was canceled by the seller, your promo code will be reactivated. Just reach out to us via the conversation in your Back Market "Orders page" and selecting the "Get help" button next to your order.
