30 days to change your mind
Once you receive your order you have 30 days to return the item to your seller. All you have to do is reach out.
Just a few important things to go over:
- If you receive the wrong order, get a defective item, or have missing accessories you can ship your item back for free
- If you believe your item was damaged during transit, please let your seller know within 3 business days so they can contact the shipping carrier before the carrier’s cut-off period

Sometimes issues only appear after prolonged use, which is why we provide you with a 1-year warranty. The warranty starts on the date of purchase and covers hardware defects.
The warranty doesn’t apply to wear and tear from normal use (including a decrease in battery capacity), significant impact damage, or oxidation. Oxidation means getting your device wet, by the way. The warranty will also no longer be valid if your item is repaired or tinkered with by anyone other than the seller so if you come across any issues, reach out to them first!

Other things to keep in mind when returning your order
Don’t forget to remove all personal data and to factory reset the item before returning it. And of course, remove your SIM card and make sure you include all the accessories that came with the item (e.g. the charger, any cords, etc.) before securely packaging everything to send back.
