How do I use my promo code?
During checkout, you’ll see a field to enter the promo code on the payment page. Copy and paste your code into this field. Select “Check this code,” and you’re good to go!
How will the promo code be applied?
Your promo code will be used on the devices in your cart. It doesn’t include:
- Taxes
- Coverage plans
- Additional shipping costs
- Back Market service fee
What if my promo code has a higher value than my order?
The price of your order needs to be more than the promo code amount. If not, any extra value from your code will be lost. Consider adding a refurbished accessory to your order.
I forgot to add my promo code to an order I placed
Unfortunately, promo codes can’t be retroactively used for an order that you’ve already placed. Keep it safe and use it another time.
My promo code isn’t working

I used a promo code, but my order was canceled/refunded
Unfortunately promo codes are non refundable unless otherwise provided.
That said, if your order was canceled by the seller, your promo code will be reactivated. If you have an issue or need our assistance to reactivate the promo code, reach out to us via the conversation in your Back Market "Orders page" and selecting the "Get help" button next to your order.
Can I use a promo code more than once?
Most of our promo codes are single-use, which means that if your order is refunded, you will not be able to use it again.
