If you’ve already sent your item, it takes the refurbisher 2 business days to assess the condition. The refurbisher will then make you a counteroffer based on the true condition of your item. You can view and respond to the counteroffer on the Back Market platform. You'll also receive an email notification. You can accept or decline the offer. If you decline, they’ll send it back to you within 2 business days, free of charge.
