Ohh no🤯!! We're so sorry your order was canceled!
For starters, we make it a point to inform our sellers to let customers know why their order is being canceled. If a seller canceled your order, they should have reached out explaining why the order was canceled. Sellers will cancel an order for the following reasons:
- incorrect pricing
- the wrong product listed (model, memory, color, etc.)
- lack of inventory
If the order was not canceled by the seller, it was more than likely canceled by our fraud team. We err heavily on the "rather safe than sorry" end of the fraud spectrum. We rather a contact from you asking why an order was canceled and us being able to confirm your identity than a fraudster getting a free device with your hard-earned money.
*In case of cancellation do not worry, no debit from your account has been made. Any pending charge in your account will fall off and reappear in your account.*
