Short answer: probably. It really depends on the type of item you’re trading in.
Device type | Accessories that must be sent with the device |
Smartphones | You don’t need to include accessories (e.g. charger, cable, headphones, or SIM card) |
Tablets | You don’t need to include accessories (e.g. charger, cable, headphones, or SIM card) |
Headphones and earphones | Audio cables, charger, or charging case |
Gaming consoles | Charger and cables are mandatory. Please include the same number of controllers you listed during the assessment of your item. |
You’re not required to send your device with the original box. But if you have the original box and want to send it, feel free. In some cases, the refurbisher may ask you to send the original box, but only if you have it.
⚠ Just a heads-up: Items sent without the accessories listed above may receive a counteroffer with an updated price.
However, refurbishers can’t send counteroffers in the following situations:
- Missing accessories that are not mandatory (i.e. listed above)
- Accessories that are functional and have a "Used", "Good", or "Flawless" appearance
Please note that any accessories you send to the refurbisher (mandatory or not) will be sent back to you with the item in the case of a return.
