Just not that into your item? Returning it within the first 30 days of receiving it is no problem.
How does it work?
For orders made from July 1, 2020, you have a period of 30 days (starting from the day you received it) to change your mind.
Article 11.2 of our General Terms and Conditions states: "The Consumer or Non-Professional Buyer may freely retract within a period of 30 days following receipt of the order. In the case of an order for several Products delivered separately, the period runs from the receipt of the last of these Products. The day of receipt of the Product is not counted in this 30-day period and, if the period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day. "
This is what we call the right of withdrawal or change-of-mind-cancellation period. If you exert this right, the seller must refund you for the goods or services ordered.
- If you have an issue with the item (including accessories sold separately), the return is paid for by the seller,
- If you have simply changed your mind and wish to return the item (including accessories sold separately, and the seller's performance was in accordance with that stated at the time of the order), you'll be responsible for the cost of returning the item. If you choose to use our return label, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
You must express your right to withdraw within the 30-day period. After this period you will not be able to cancel and may be offered a repair if your item is still under warranty (see further details below).
