Sign in to your Back Market account to view the summary of the order in question. Once you're signed in, follow the steps listed below:
- Click on My Orders
- Scroll down to the order you need an invoice for
- Click on the "invoice" button
You will receive an email confirmation when the invoice is sent over. If the button does not appear or if the invoice is not sent to you within 2 business days, you can contact Back Market Customer Care through your Back Market account > My orders > click on "Ask for help".
