Ready to give a device a second life and your wallet a well-deserved break? Then it's time to place your first Back Market order.
Step 1. Don't have an account yet? Create a customer account
Step 2. Select the item you want to purchase.
Step 3. On the product details page, select “Add to cart” > “Go to cart”.
Step 4. Opt into a Protection Plan for your items, if you like. Note: if you're shopping in the app, this step and the next one may appear in the opposite order.
Step 5. Choose a shipping option and select "Checkout".
Step 6. Enter or confirm your shipping and billing address and select "Next".
Step 7. Choose your payment method. Some sellers only accept certain payment methods, which you can view on the product details page.
Step 8. Complete payment:
- If paying with a card: enter your payment details, review your order, and select "Confirm and pay".
- If paying with Apple Pay: review your order, then confirm payment using Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode. You don't need to enter your card details manually.
- If paying with another digital wallet (Google Pay, PayPal): follow the prompts from your wallet provider to confirm.
Step 9. You'll be redirected to an order confirmation page. Now, give yourself a pat on the back. Your first Back Market order is officially in.
