If it’s been more than 2 business days since they’ve received your device and they haven’t sent a confirmation or if you’ve sent a message and haven’t heard back from the refurbisher after 1 business day, you're in the right place.
Get in touch with them directly by logging in to your Back Market account > "Trade-ins" > "See more details" and then sending a message to the refurbisher.
