The seller will repair or offer a replacement for a defective device, and you’re eligible for a refund if the seller cannot repair or replace it. It is valid for 1 year following the delivery of the product.

- Very important: The moment your device becomes defective, you must communicate all of the issues you’re experiencing to Back Market Customer Care.
If you don't report all of the defects to us, your service request may be rejected, and the seller won't be obligated to repair or replace your defective device.

The 13 month protection plan (smartphone only) covers accidental damage from drops, spills, and cracked screens for portable products during 13 months & extends the original warranty for an additional month.
The 24 month protection plan covers accidental damage from drops, spills, and cracked screens for portable products during 24 months & extends the original warranty for an additional year.
