Our insurance partner offers multiple optional protection plans with different coverages, contract periods, and payment plans depending on the device you're purchasing. You can select the one that's right for you during checkout, or within 30 days after purchasing the item.
- Accidental Damage plans include coverage for accidents like drops, cracked screens, and water damage during the offer period. Note that Accidental Damage plans include Extended Warranty coverage for the duration of the chosen plan.
- Extended Warranty plans provide enhanced breakdown protection after the expiration of the 1-year limited warranty offered by the Seller and for the duration of the purchased program, including repair or reimbursement of the device's replacement value if it cannot be repaired.
With these plans, you're eligible for 2 repairs per plan or reimbursement by bank transfer. If repair isn’t possible, you'll be refunded (the amount of the price of the device purchased, excluding tax) by direct deposit.
The Protection Plan doesn't cover theft and loss or cosmetic or intentional damage to your device.
Note that there's a service fee for smartphone claims. You can pay it with a valid credit or debit card before service, or be reimbursed. The fee amount will be based on the phone's purchase price and whether the phone has to be repaired or replaced. Tablets, laptops, and other items don't have service fees.
