In rare cases, our fraud detection system may flag a legitimate purchase as too risky and cancel it. If that happens, you may see a temporary hold on your card that will disappear within 72 hours (though it may take longer, depending on your bank). If there's no order in your account after 72 hours, the purchase didn't go through.
After you place your order, two scenarios are possible:
1. Your order is confirmed immediately
You'll receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after placing your order. All set.
2. You need to complete 3D Secure authentication
After you pay by credit card, you'll be redirected to your bank's secure authentication page. Your bank will verify your identity before processing your order.
How does it do this? It depends on your bank. Most often, you'll enter a one-time code sent to your phone or confirm the payment in your banking app.
If you use a different authentication system, contact your bank directly.
