Ideally, any defect should be reported to the Back Market Customer Care upon receipt of your product. We ask that you declare this as soon as possible (within 3 business days maximum following receipt).
To report a defect to Back Market Customer Care, just log in to your Back Market account > "Orders" > "Get help". Next, select the options that describe your issue. Don't forget to leave a detailed message about all the defective issues for the device (don't leave anything out!). 💬
Back Market Customer Care will respond to you within 1 business day and will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. ✌️
