If you like your item but it doesn’t match your expectations, feel free to send us details by starting a service request. We’re often happy to offer goodwill compensation if something about your device isn’t quite right, but you don’t want to go through the hassle of a return.

After 30 days, unfortunately a return for a change of mind is no longer available.
That said, if your device has an issue, don’t worry, items sold on Back Market are covered by the 1-year commercial warranty provided by the Seller. The commercial warranty starts on the date of delivery and covers hardware or software defects.
The commercial warranty doesn’t apply to wear and tear from normal use (including a decrease in battery capacity), significant impact damage, or oxidation (liquid damage). The commercial warranty will also no longer be valid if your item is repaired or tinkered with by anyone not authorized by the seller.
The 1-year Commercial Warranty is offered in addition to the legal guarantees due by the Seller and therefore does not affect your rights under the legal guarantees.
