Yes, if your device can’t be repaired there will be a service fee, but you will receive a virtual card for use on Back Market to replace your device. The service fee is automatically deducted from the amount you will receive, so no extra payment will be needed.
Service fees for insurance policies purchased before April 25, 2024:
After making a claim, there is a service fee that must be paid before your insurance benefit is granted.
