If it’s been more than 2 working days since they’ve received your device and they haven’t sent a confirmation or if you’ve sent a message and haven’t heard back from the refurbisher after 1 working day, you’re in the right place.
Get in touch with them directly by logging in to your Back Market account, going to My trade-in > “Go to conversation” and then sending a message to the refurbisher.
