Potential reasons why your payment was declined
If your payment was declined for any of the below reasons, contact your bank or card issuer. You can find their phone number on the back of your credit or debit card.
- The card is expired.
- The billing address has changed or doesn't match what’s on file with the bank or card issuer.
- The card's transaction limit has been reached or exceeded.
- The card is blocked or reported for unusual activity.
- There are insufficient funds on the card.
- You’re abroad or foreign currencies are not accepted by the card.
Note that you’ll also receive an email from Back Market letting you know why your order didn’t go through.
