Good question. 😏
The terms "clearance outlet" or "clearance warehouse" can sometimes be a little unclear or mean different things, so lets clarify who we do work with:
- Regardless of what they're called, all of the sellers on our website must perform systematic checks and fixes of the technical and physical issues with every product handled at their factory.
They need to ensure their refurbishment of the devices meets the highest standards as well as offering a 1-year product guarantee.
- These products, as a result, cannot be sold "new" in other outlets (as they have already been used, the packaging has been damaged, or because they are too "old", etc.).
- This is where we come in: making available perfectly functional (and often mint condition) products that could not be sold elsewhere, rather than buying new.
This allows you to get phones, laptops, etc. at far better prices, while also helping to reduce e-waste and environmental damage. Pretty cool, huh?
