How to make a new repair request?
- Click "Get help" next to the relevant order
- Fill in the problem information
- Choose to visit a partner repair store or mail your item and submit a request.
If possible, your device will be repaired.
What should I do if my item cannot be repaired?
Unfortunately, not all faults are repairable, but don't worry - if your item is still under warranty, we will replace it or refund you.
As a first solution, we will always try to provide you with a replacement device sent by the seller.
If the seller cannot replace your item for stock reasons, we will automatically refund you.
