Do you realize that the address provided when purchasing your order is not the correct one? Or have you changed your mind about the reception address of your package, and you therefore wish to change the delivery address? This article is here to help you.
What is the best course of action?
The repacker has probably already started preparing your order. The best thing to do is therefore to request its cancellation and then place a new order with the correct address.
⚠️ - The reconditioner gives itself the right to cancel an order in the event of a change of address.
To cancel your order :
We invite you to go to your customer area to check the status of the order.
- Log in to my Back Market account.
- Click on the “ Orders ” page.
- Scroll to the order you want to contact your reconditioner for and click the " Ask for Help " button.
- Click on “ I want to cancel/resend my order ”.
