1/4 Check for sim card issues
For all devices
- Make sure your wireless network provider plan is active
- Restart your device (iPhone, iPad, or Samsung phone)
- Check if there is any network provider settings update:
- Go to Settings > General > About
- If an update is available for you a prompt will show up, select “OK” or “Update”
- Remove your SIM card from the SIM card tray using a paper clip or a SIM-eject tool and then reinsert it, being careful to close it — if you’re using a SIM tray from a different device, that could be the issue
- Try another SIM card:
- If you don't have one handy, go to your provider's store to test one — you may just need to replace your SIM card
