An ARN or “Acquirer Reference Number” is the unique number created to identify credit or debit card transactions. It makes your refund traceable in case an error occurs with the bank’s account or the seller’s account.
In some rare occasions, your bank may ask for an ARN in order to direct the funds into your account.
If so, you can find out the ARN for your refund simply by contacting us via our Help page.
First, select “Return & Refund” in the contact form. In your request, give us as much detail as possible about your refund (ideally your order number, or alternatively the amount refunded, payment method, and approximate date of the refund).
