Technical Specifications
You can easily check if a device is enabled for 5G by going to the Technical specifications tab for any item on Back Market:
Alternatively, you can do a quick web search for the specs of the device you intend to purchase.
Settings
Another way to check if your device is enabled for 5G is through your phone's settings.
iPhone
Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options. If you see the screen below, then your phone is 5G-ready:
Android
Go to Settings > Network & internet > Mobile Network. You should see a list of Gs (generations) that your phone supports, such as 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G.
Contact your carrier
While your phone may support 5G technology, it wouldn't be of much use if your carrier doesn't support the 5G network. While most carriers are already rolling out their 5G ads, it's still best to make sure they support this technology. Remember, 5G may not be available in all areas.
