Whether your plan renews automatically depends on when and how you purchased it.
- Plans purchased before [DATE] are not affected: they will end at the term originally agreed upon and will not renew automatically.
- Plans purchased on or after [DATE] may renew automatically, depending on the type of plan you selected at purchase.
If you are unsure whether your plan is eligible for automatic renewal, you can check your plan details directly in the Protection Plan section of your account.
How to opt out or cancel
You are never locked into your plan. If you do not wish to renew, you can opt out at any time from the Protection Plan section of your account, including ahead of your renewal date.
Cancellation terms:
- Full refund if you cancel within the 30-day withdrawal period.
- Pro-rata refund if you cancel after the 30-day withdrawal period.
There is no commitment period: cancellation rules are the same regardless of when you cancel during your plan.
