You can cancel your plan at any time. Here’s how:
If you're within 30 days of purchase:
- Log in to your Back Market account > "Orders".
- Find the order for which you want to cancel the Protection Plan.
- Select "Get help" > “I want to cancel my Protection Plan”.
- Select the Protection Plan(s) you want to cancel, then “Submit”.
If it’s after the first 30 days, use this form and we’ll contact you to assist in canceling the plan.
If you purchased your protection plan before April 29, 2024, and the 30-day withdrawal period is over, you’ll need to contact your provider directly to cancel your plan at: DepartmentC@asurion.com
