You can cancel your plan at any time. Here’s how:
- Log in to your Back Market account > "Protection plans".
- Select your plan >"Cancel plan" > "Confirm my cancellation"
Please note that you’ll receive a full refund only if you cancel your policy within the first 30 days of purchasing it.
Outside of the withdrawal period, you are able to cancel at any time but with no refund or a pro-rata refund if applicable.
