Well, they've got you covered! We chose to partner with Asurion to make sure that no customer gets left behind. In addition to the 1-year warranty provided by Back Market, if you damage your device or start to have problems with it after Back Market's 1-year warranty expires, you can depend on Asurion to help.
To file a claim with Asurion
- Simply sign in to hiclyde.com
- You received an email from Team Clyde (protection@hiclyde.com) when you first ordered your Protection Plan
- If you can find it, go back to this email and file a claim directly through it by clicking on the blue button
- If you can’t find the email, you can sign in directly through their website (hiclyde.com) or call their toll-free number (866) 550-0733 for support after ordering your device with the Protection Plan, which automatically linked to the Clyde platform
- Once you're in the Clyde platform, you can view your protected devices in the Products dashboard
- Click on "View Product" under the product you need help with:
- Click on "File a Claim" and voilà — you've officially filed a claim with Asurion!
