The Protection Plan you bought has your device covered in the following situations:
For the 13-month Protection Plan:
On top of the 13 months of coverage for drops, spills, and cracked screens from normal use, you also benefit from 1 additional month of coverage after the warranty expires.
For the 24-month Protection Plan:
On top of the 24 months of coverage for drops, spills, and cracked screens from normal use, after Back Market's 1-year warranty expires, you benefit from 1 additional year of coverage.
To file a claim with Asurion
- Sign in to asurion.com/backmarket
You can locate your purchase with your mobile number, email address, or your Protection Plan order number which is located in your purchase email from Asurion.
If you're having trouble finding your Protection Plan, you can easily file a claim by calling Asurion directly at (866) 550-0733. They're available from Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-10:00 PM CST; and Saturday-Sunday 8:00 AM –5:00 PM CST.
Once you're on the Asurion platform, you can view your protected devices in the "Products" dashboard. Select the item you need help with.
Select "Start a Claim" and voilà — you've officially filed a claim with Asurion!
