First, check that your Protection Plan covers your particular issue; Damage Protection Plans cover the following:
- Drops and accidental damage
- Water damage
- Cracked screens
- Continuation of the standard warranty after the 1-year warranty expires, so long as the Protection Plan remains active

Sign in to Bolt’s site
- Find your purchase with your mobile number, email address, or Protection Plan order number (located in your purchase email from Bolt).
- If you're having trouble finding your Protection Plan, Bolt can help you through their online chat, or you can email them at DeviceProtectClaims@boltinc.com.
- Once you're on Bolt’s site, you’ll see your protected devices. Select the one you want to file a claim for.
- Select "Start a Claim".

For purchases before April 29, 2024 — how to file a claim with Asurion:

Sign in to your Asurion account
- Find your purchase with your mobile number, email address, or Protection Plan order number (located in your purchase email from Asurion).
- If you're having trouble finding your Protection Plan, file a claim by calling Asurion directly at (866) 550-0733. They're available from Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–10:00 PM CST; and Saturday–Sunday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST.
- Once you're on Asurion’s site, you’ll see your protected devices in the "Products" dashboard. Select the one you want to file a claim for.
- Select "Start a Claim".
