For the 13 month Protection Plan:
On top of the 13 months of coverage for drops, spills, and cracked screens from normal use, you also benefit from 1 additional month of coverage after the warranty expires.
For the 24 month Protection Plan:
On top of the 24 months of coverage for drops, spills, and cracked screens from normal use, after Back Market's 1-year warranty expires, you benefit from 1 additional year of coverage.
To file a claim with Asurion
- Simply sign in to asurion.com/backmarket.
- You can locate your purchase with your mobile number, email address or your Protection Plan order number that is located in your purchase email from Asurion.
- If you're having trouble finding your Protection Plan, you can easily file a claim by calling Asurion directly at (866) 550-0733. They're available from Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM CST; and Saturday-Sunday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST.
- You can locate your purchase with your mobile number, email address or your Protection Plan order number that is located in your purchase email from Asurion.
- Once you're in the Asurion platform, you can view your protected devices in the Products dashboard. Select the product you need help with.
- Select on Start a Claim and voilà — you've officially filed a claim with Asurion!
