There are typically two reasons why an order doesn't show in customers' accounts right after an order is placed.
1. There was a delay in our system: 😸
An order confirmation email will be sent to you within a few minutes to confirm that your purchase has been taken into account. This email will be present your order number which must be kept.
*Be sure to check all your mailboxes associated with the email address on the order. Sometimes order confirmations are sent to spam.*
2. Your bank is in the process of authenticating the order:
Don't worry, everything's fine! ✌
Once an order is submitted, the validation of your order is sent to your bank for approval. This process can cause a bit of a delay for the order to finalize and show in your account.
