To track your package, log into your Back Market account and go to the My orders page. Scroll down to the order you're looking to track, and click on "Show more details" for that order.
Note: Please allow 1 business day for the seller to ship your order. If your order has not shipped after 1 business day, you can reach out to the seller by clicking the "Contact seller for help" button next to your order number in your Back Market account.
For large household appliances, delivery and shipping times may be extended.
Has my order shipped? 📦
All sellers are required to provide tracking information, tracking number, and carrier once the order has shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. You can click on the link in the confirmation email to stay up to date on the status of your order.
In the event that the tracking number does not show any movement on your order, please wait 24 hours and then check the tracking information again. 🔎
If after 24 hours the tracking number still doesn't show any movement, you should reach out to the seller by clicking on the "Get help" button next to your order number in your Back Market account.
Special cases:
If your package has been misplaced by the carrier, stolen or given to the wrong person, know that we have your back and we'll do everything we can to fix the situation.
