To track your package, go to your personal Back Market account, then go to the "My orders" section.
Is my order still being prepared?
Vendors have 1 business day to ship an order. Please allow 1 business day for the seller to ship your order.
If your order has not shipped after 1 business day, then you should reach out to the seller by clicking on the "Get help" button next to your order number in your Back Market account.
For large household appliances, delivery, and shipping times may be extended.
The order is "shipped"?
All sellers are required to provide tracking information, tracking number and carrier, once the order has shipped. You will receive a confirmation email when the order has shipped, you can click on the link in the confirmation email to stay up to date on the status of your order.
In the event that the tracking number does not show any movement on your order, please wait 24 hours and then check the tracking information again.
If after 24hrs the tracking number still doesn't show any movement you should reach out to the seller by clicking on the "Get help" button next to your order number in your Back Market account.
Special cases:
If your package has been misplaced by the carrier, stolen or given to the wrong person, please be aware that we will do everything we can to ensure that everything goes smoothly.
