How to make sure your order will be shipped to the correct address:
When placing your order, be very careful to use the correct delivery address, including any apartment numbers, before completing the order. Web browsers will autofill these fields, so be aware of this!
Having trouble verifying your address?
Once your order is placed, you can check what address is entered by going to your customer account and clicking My profile. Access your account here.
Okay, so your order is complete, but let's say you were very careful and accidentally put in the wrong address. You need to change it, and we want to help!
Our sellers move fast and use an automatic shipping process, so once an order is placed, they’re usually already working to get it shipped. However, there are still solutions. In most cases, the best thing to do is cancel your order then place another order with the correct address.

My order hasn't been validated by the seller
My order has been validated by the seller
If your order hasn’t yet been validated by the seller, it's a lot easier to cancel:
- Sign in to your Back Market account
- Go to the My Orders page
- Scroll down to the order number you want to cancel and click on the “Cancel my order” button
If your order has been validated by the seller, you’ll need to request a cancelation:
- Sign in to your Back Market account
- Go to the My Orders page
- Scroll down to the order number you want to cancel and click the “Ask for help” button
- Click on “I want to cancel/return my order”
- Give your reason for cancelation
- Pick your preference (refund or exchange)
- Wait 1 business day for confirmation from the seller

Occasionally, a signature is required for deliveries. This safeguards your purchase and ensures that the item is successfully delivered to you!
