If the accessory on your order is defective, used, not compatible, or missing, open a service request with the seller as soon as possible.
- If the accessories are used or incompatible, please take a photo of the accessories and send the photos to the seller via the service request.
- Sellers are required to replace the accessories with new and compatible accessories.
For defective or missing accessories, simply open a service request with the seller to let them know. Photos do not need to be uploaded for missing or defective accessories.
