When returning an order, make sure to keep a record of the tracking information, particularly the carrier and the tracking number, for the return. 📁
You will need to give the tracking information to Back Market Customer Care. When doing so, try to give as much information as possible (shipping provider, tracking number, drop-off date, etc.).
If you make a return without providing the tracking information to Back Market Customer Care, this may result in significant delays in processing your repair, exchange, or refund.
For all defects, wrong products, and incomplete order returns, sellers are obligated to provide a return shipping label. However, customers are responsible for printing the labels, applying them to the return, and dropping the return off at the carrier.
Customers should provide the drop-off date to the carrier so the seller can be looking out for the return. If possible, get some kind of documentation from the carrier stating that they received the package. If you're able to obtain that documentation, upload that information in the service request with Back Market Customer Care.
This will protect you if the carrier loses your return. If the carrier does lose the return, the seller is still obligated to ship out the replacement device or issue a refund for the defective/incorrect order.
