Refunds are only possible for returns made within the 30 day return period.
After the 30 day return period, your order will still be covered under our 1-year limited warranty. Orders under the limited warranty period are ONLY eligible for repairs or replacements.
For a refund:
Contact the seller directly through the service interface by logging into your customer account and clicking on the red "Ask for help" button next to the order you're looking to return.
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping on orders within the 30 day return period. It's very important to provide the seller with all the return tracking information. Once your order has been received by the seller, they have up to 5 business days to process the return and issue a refund.
Depending on your bank, a refund can take anywhere from 1-5 business days to show in your account once the return has been processed by the seller.
