Sign in to your Back Market account to view the summary of the order in question. Once you're signed in, follow the steps listed below:
- Click on My Orders
- Scroll down to the order you need an invoice for
- Press the Request an invoice button
You will receive an email confirmation when the seller sends the invoice over. If the button does not appear or if the invoice is not sent to you within 2 business days, you can contact the seller by clicking on the "Ask for help" then "I need an invoice" buttons.
You can also contact your merchant directly by logging into your customer account.
