Once your package has been prepared by our merchants, it is sent to the carrier who will deliver it to your home. 🚁
Our merchants prepare the package carefully, but despite all their efforts and in some rare cases, it happens that the package is damaged during transport.
It is therefore very important to check, while in the presence of the delivery person, the:
1. Condition of the package:
If the package is damaged or shows any abnormal signs. It is even better to take pictures of your product at each step of the opening process.
2. Product's status :
If the product is broken, scratched, damaged, not in accordance with the grade you ordered or incomplete.
In all cases, it is necessary to notify on the delivery note the statement you made during the inspection and/or refuse the goods.
Thereafter, we advise you to inform the merchant as soon as possible of your situation from your customer account:
- If defective/broken product
- If the product is not as ordered
- If the product is incomplete
The written notification of any damage allows the seller to open an investigation with his carrier. 👮♂️
