If you lose, drop, or break the phone, or if it is oxidized (water damaged), the Back Market warranty will not apply. 🚫
The opening of the product, repair or diagnosis by a third party (other than the seller) is also a warranty exclusion clause. 🚨
Thus if a malfunction has occurred with your product, but it has been broken/oxidized/opened by a third party or shows signs of impact due to a fall or impact, the warranty will no longer apply and the seller will not be required to take charge of your after-sales service request.
