The easiest way to contact the seller about your order is from your customer account.
You can also contact the seller directly through our messaging interface.
To contact the refurbisher:
- Sign into your Back Market account.
- Click on the "Ask for help" button:
Once you've submitted your request, the refurbisher will respond within one (1) business day with instructions and any troubleshooting tips or other information you might need to help you with your request.
If you're having trouble hearing back from the refurbisher, contact the Back Market Customer Service team directly. Back Market will then intervene at your request in the event of a dispute with the seller.
