The easiest way to contact the seller about your order is from your customer account.
You can also contact the seller directly through our messaging interface.
To contact your seller:
- Log in to your Back Market account
- Click on the red "Contact Seller for help" button below the summary of the order in question
- Click on the thumbnail corresponding to the issue(s) with your order and leave a detailed message
Once you've submitted your request, the seller will contact you within one (1) business day with instructions and any info you might need for your request to be processed.
If the seller is unresponsive or isn't offering a resolution within Back Market guidelines, please contact the Back Market Customer Service team directly. Back Market will then intervene at your request in the event of a dispute with the seller. 🍭
