The easiest way to contact the seller about your order is from your customer account.
You can also contact the seller directly through our messaging interface.
To contact your seller:
- Log in to your Back Market account
- Click on the red "Contact Seller for help" button below the summary of the order in question
- Click on the thumbnail corresponding to the issue(s) with your order and leave a detailed message
Once you've submitted your request, the seller will contact you within 1 business day with instructions and any info you might need for your request to be processed.
If the seller is unresponsive or isn't offering a resolution within Back Market guidelines, please contact the Back Market Customer Service team directly. Back Market will then intervene at your request in the event of a dispute with the seller. 🍭
