I need help with an order
The easiest way to contact us about an order you've placed is to reach out to us directly through your Back Market account.
Here's how it works:
Log in to your Back Market account
- Go to our website and select the user icon in the top right corner
- Use your email address to log in to your account
Go to your orders
- Select the user icon again
- Select "Orders"
Open a help request
- Find the order you have a question about
- Select "Get help"
From here, you can go through the questions to give us all the important information we need to help you as best as we can. Once your help request is created, you'll hear back from us within one business day.
Note: Older conversations may be read-only. In that case, feel free to open a new help request.
