As a reminder, Back Market is a marketplace that connects you with the certified refurbishers who list their devices on Back Market. The seller oversees the shipping and after-sales service requests for your order. Back Market is the intermediary and assists you in the event of a dispute with the merchant.
To contact the seller follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Back Market account
- Click on the red "Get Help" button below the summary of the order in question
- Click on the thumbnails corresponding to the problem(s) encountered with your order and leave as detailed a message as possible
Once the request is submitted, the seller will give you instructions and/or details within 1 business day to arrange for your request to be processed.
If the seller is unresponsive or isn't offering any resolution within Back Market guidelines, please contact the Back Market Customer Service team directly. Back Market will then intervene at your request in the event of a dispute with the seller. 🍭
