This article helps you regain access to your Back Market account when you're unable to log in. Back Market is a marketplace for refurbished electronics, and your account is required to place orders, track shipments, and manage your purchases.

I forgot my password
To reset your Back Market account password:
- Go to https://www.backmarket.com/en-us/password-reset/
- Enter the email address you used to create your Back Market account
- Click Send reset link
- Check your email inbox (including your spam or junk folder) for an email from Back Market
- Click the link in the email to set a new password
- Enter and confirm your new password, then save your changes
After completing these steps, you'll be able to log in to your Back Market account using your email address and new password.
I can’t log in using Facebook anymore
Back Market has removed the Facebook login option. Facebook login is no longer supported on Back Market, and all users must log in using an email address and password instead.
If you only ever logged in via Facebook and never set a Back Market password, you do not have a standalone Back Market account yet. Follow these steps to create one:
- Go to https://www.backmarket.com/en-us/password-reset/
- Enter the email address linked to your Facebook account (the email address associated with your Facebook profile)
- Click Send reset link
- Check your email inbox (including your spam or junk folder) for an email from Back Market
- Click the link in the email to create your new password
- Enter and confirm your new password, then save your changes
After completing these steps, you can log in to Back Market directly using your email address and new password — no Facebook account required.
I think someone else may have accessed my account
Back Market does not store or display login location history. If you want to know where your account was last accessed from, that information is not available on Back Market.
Back Market also does not provide a list of devices currently connected to your account. It is not possible to see which devices have logged in to your Back Market account.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your Back Market account, take the following steps immediately:
