If you need to, you can contact the refurbisher directly:
- Log in to your Back Market account
- Select “My BuyBack sales”
- Click on “See more details” to send a message to see if they’ve received your package
The prepaid shipping label Back Market provides package tracking and coverage if your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Be sure to save the proof of mailing so that we can investigate if something happens to your package.
