If you've just placed an order and have pangs of regret already, then you need to contact your seller as soon as possible. Automatic cancellation of your order is only available when the status of your order is "Paid."
⚠️ - If your order has been changed to the status "Checkout" it is no longer possible to automatically cancel the order without contacting your merchant.

Want to cancel an order that has not yet been validated by your merchant? Nothing could be simpler, just follow the steps below:
- Log in to your customer account,
- Go to "My Orders"
- Choose your order, click on "Get help"
- Then click on "Report a new problem"
- Finally, click on "I wish to cancel my order"
- Validate your cancellation request by clicking on the "Confirm Cancellation" button.
