No worries! The best thing to do, if you can, is to not send the item and go through the assessment again.
- If you’ve accepted the price offer but haven’t sent your item yet:
The best thing to do is not ship it. A sale is only possible if a refurbisher receives your item. You can always go through the assessment again to get another price offer.
- If you’ve already sent your item:
Once the refurbisher receives your item, they have 2 business days to check its physical (screen, casing) and functional condition (turns on, camera light works, etc.).
If the refurbisher determines that the item doesn’t match the assessment, they’ll send you a counteroffer with a price based on the actual condition of the item. Then, it’s up to you to accept or reject the counteroffer.
If you reject the counteroffer, the refurbisher will ship your item back to you for free.
