If you realize that the address you provided is incorrect or if you need to adjust it - then it's a little tricky on Back Market.
Our sellers have likely already started to work on your order so the best thing to do is to request to cancel and then place another order with the correct address.
If you need to cancel your order:
Go to "My orders":
- My order is being prepared? This means that the order has not yet been shipped by the merchant. It may not be too late to notify him of your change of address. To do this, you must notify the reconditioner in writing on your after-sales interface (click on the "Get help" button available on your Back Market customer area or follow the following tutorial: How to open an after-sales service).
- Is the order in shipped condition? If the order has been shipped, it is unfortunately often too late to alert the Merchant. The package has already left the merchant's premises. However, you can always contact Colissimo to check the progress of your order in real-time and ask the advisor on the phone to change your delivery address.
