Will my device be compatible with a US Mobile plan?
US Mobile works on unlocked smartphones only. If your device meets those requirements but still isn't working, contact Back Market Customer Care. We'll troubleshoot remotely, and if the issue can't be resolved, we'll arrange a return, repair, or replacement.
Why didn't I receive my promo code?
If you signed up on US Mobile but didn't get your Back Market code, contact US Mobile and they'll send you a new one.
A couple of things to keep in mind:
- Active subscription required: New codes can only be issued while your US Mobile subscription is active.
- One discount at a time: Promo codes can't be combined with other promotional codes.
How do refunds work with a promo code?
You can return your Back Market order within 30 days of receipt. If you do, contact Back Market Customer Care and we'll issue a new promo code so you can use your promo code on a new purchase, as long as your US Mobile subscription is still active.
